1 red onion, peeled and chopped
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Wipe the mushrooms clean of surface dirt with a damp cloth and set aside.
This versatile dish can be served as an hors d'oeuvre, using toothpicks, as an appetizer,
or as a side dish.
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
In a nonstick saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add
the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes, until soft. Add the yogurt cheese, chili powder,
pepper, salt, and cilantro; stir well.
