| 1 lb. fresh button mushrooms | 1/8 tsp. chili powder |
| 1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil | 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 red onion, peeled and chopped | Salt to taste |
| 2 Tbsp. yogurt cheese | 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro |

1. Wipe the mushrooms clean of surface dirt with a damp cloth and set aside.
2. In a nonstick saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes, until soft. Add the yogurt cheese, chili powder, pepper, salt, and cilantro; stir well.
3. Serve hot.
